Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Set aside a loaf pan that has been greased
Put the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
Put the ripe bananas in a different bowl and mash them until they are smooth
Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce together until everything is well mixed
Add the wet mixture to the dry one and mix it together until a batter forms
You can add the chopped walnuts and dairy-free chocolate chips if you want to
Spread out the batter in the loaf pan that has been prepared
After the oven is hot, bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
The banana bread should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy!
