Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish optional
Instructions:
Melted butter and chocolate cookie crumbs should be combined in a bowl
To form the crust, press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish
Combine the powdered sugar and peanut butter in a separate bowl and beat until smooth
Beat the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Till thoroughly blended, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
Add the chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix them in
Once the crust is ready, pour the filling into it and smooth the top
Chill for a minimum of four hours or until solidified
If desired, add chocolate shavings and whipped cream as a garnish before serving
