Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Pie



Savor the creamy and rich goodness of this Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Pie that doesn't require baking. This dessert is a delightful treat for any occasion, featuring a chocolate cookie crust, a luscious peanut butter filling, and plenty of chocolatey crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish optional

Instructions:

Melted butter and chocolate cookie crumbs should be combined in a bowl

To form the crust, press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish

Combine the powdered sugar and peanut butter in a separate bowl and beat until smooth

Beat the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Till thoroughly blended, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture

Add the chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix them in

Once the crust is ready, pour the filling into it and smooth the top

Chill for a minimum of four hours or until solidified

If desired, add chocolate shavings and whipped cream as a garnish before serving
