These gluten-free banana pancakes are light and tasty, and they're great for a brunch or breakfast on the weekend. They are naturally sweet and filling because they are made with almond flour and ripe bananas.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, sliced bananas
Instructions:
Mash the bananas in a bowl until they are smooth
Mix well after adding the eggs
Spices, baking powder, salt, and almond flour should be added
Mix everything together well
Place a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil
For each pancake, put 1/4 cup of batter on the pan
Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook until the other side is golden brown
Do it again with the rest of the batter
Keep warm and top with your favorite things
