Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated
Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown
In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter
Brush hot sauce mixture over baked wings until fully coated
