Healthy Baked Keto Chicken



This Healthy Baked Keto Chicken recipe provides a crunchy, flavorful coating without the carbs. Almond flour and parmesan cheese create a delicious crust, while keeping it low-carb and keto-friendly. It's a simple and satisfying dish for anyone following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C

In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Coat each chicken breast in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere

Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown
