Ingredients:
- 1 bagel
- 2 tablespoons fig jam
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 handful arugula leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown
Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagel
Spread fig jam on top of the cream cheese on one half of the bagel
Layer sliced fresh figs on top of the fig jam
Add a handful of arugula leaves on top of the figs
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Close the bagel sandwich by placing the other half on top
Slice in half diagonally and serve
